Our street-level data platform is a conduit for global street-level image data, facilitating a professional marketplace for data collectors and buyers looking for specific data sets.
Since our establishment in 2021, we have remained steadfast in our commitment to our strategic partnerships and customers. Our goal has always been to be the leading provider of street-level imagery and LiDAR data. During this time, we have not only solidified our position in the geospatial industry but also forged new and meaningful partnerships across the globe. So, what has this year brought for Terra Visus, and what does 2024 hold for us?
Partnerships
2023 has brought us key partnerships with some incredible companies that we are truly proud to collaborate with. In September, we announced our partnership with Autori, a developer of digital solutions for managing road and street workflows based in Finland.
Our partnership with Autori has enabled both companies to offer our customers a wide selection of comprehensive solutions, from a platform of licensed worldwide street-level imagery and LiDAR data to providing innovative software solutions for authorities, contractors, and consultants operating within infrastructure maintenance, such as road and street management.
In October, we announced our partnership with TomTom, and since this announcement, we have been giving our customers on-demand access to their world-class street-level imagery and LiDAR data. This collaboration has allowed us to offer our customers on-demand access to TomTom's world-class street-level imagery and LiDAR data. We are excited to continue delivering exceptional value to our customers through these strategic alliances, and we look forward to announcing new partnerships early in the new year - watch this space!
Global Presence at Major Events
The Terra Visus team attended several major industry events throughout 2023 - from SPAR 3D in Denver to the Smart Cities World Congress in Barcelona. We also participated in The 360 Event in Rome, an informal event where we caught up with old friends and made many new connections in the geospatial industry. These fantastic events have enabled us to actively engage with the global mobile mapping community, and we'd like to take this opportunity to thank all the organisers for making each of these events so successful and enjoyable.
But it doesn't stop there - we'll be kicking off the New Year by heading to Las Vegas for CES, followed by a trip to Denver in February for Geo Week 2024 to continue to meet and connect with new and existing data partners and customers. Introduction of Capture as a Service (CaaS)
Our focus hasn’t only been on collaborating with amazing partners to ensure we have the most extensive library of street-level imagery and LiDAR data, nor has it been limited to attending industry-related events - we have been working hard behind the scenes to bring our newest offering to our customers - Capture as a Service (CaaS). This new service will allow our customers to easily access street-level imagery and LiDAR data of their requested location, streamlining workflows while enhancing overall efficiency and saving our customers time and money.
