Data FAQ's

Is the data anonymized?: We can supply data blurred or unblurred depending on your project requirements and geographic location of the data. Please note privacy laws vary in each country. This will be discussed in the initial stages of your enquiry and will be reflected in your End User License Agreement.
How fresh is the data available to license?: Our partners are constantly capturing fresh, up to date data from all over the world. For customers with a requirement for historic data, it depends on the date and location required. We work closely with our partners to source and provide this where possible.
Where can I see a list of data locations?: Once you complete a contact us form one of our sales team will be in touch to learn more about your project and data requirements. You will be set up with a login to TerraView which allows you to easily view the areas of coverage available using the interactive map.
Where can I find the technical details of the data available to license?: Technical details can be found within our data types on our TerraView page of our website.

How do I place an order for data?: Complete a contact us form and one of our sales team will be in touch to discuss your project and data requirements, and they will explain the data order process to you.
Where can I see some sample data?: Complete a contact us form and one of our sales team will be in touch to discuss your project and data requirements. They will also demonstrate some of the data available to license and explain in more detail how it can be used.
Where can I find pricing information and is there a minimum order quantity?: Pricing will be determined based on your specific data requirements. The minimum order quantity is 250km.
